• 2 slices Sourdough bread
  • Sliced Turkey meat
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise (optional)

To create this simple yet delicious lunch idea, you will need only a few ingredients.
Because it’s a “Club” sandwich, we spent a bit extra cash on a good, fresh Sourdough bread and Swiss cheese.

Once you have all of the above, follow the steps below:

1. Slice your Turkey meat, preferably turkey breast, bread and Swiss cheese (it works best!)
2. Slice your tomato and cucumber, 3-4 round slices should be enough; and a few slices of avocado
3. Grill the Sourdough bread on a cafe toaster – if you don’t have one, simple toaster should be fine – but keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn
4. Assemble your Club sandwich, in any order you prefer – we prefer meat and cheese on the bottom and salad on top.

Put some mayonnaise on the top of salad if desired or any other dressing you like.

So there you go, a delicious sandwich made at home and for less than half the price of the cafe one.
